The Sarit Expo Centre proudly houses Kenya's largest column-free hall, spanning 3,311 square meters and capable of accommodating up to 5,500 people in a conference-style arrangement. This versatile space can also be divided into three separate halls, each adaptable for various setups.

The column-free space at the Sarit Expo Centre can be divided into three distinct halls: Arabuko (1,797 sqm), Cherengani (657 sqm), and Loita (857 sqm). These halls can be used individually or combined, such as Arabuko and Cherengani (2,454 sqm) or Cherengani and Loita (1,514 sqm), highlighting the venue's exceptional versatility.

There are four meeting rooms each with their own area coverage as indicated below:

• Makunga is the smallest room with the capability of accommodating 24 pax boardroom style and 60 pax theatre style in an area of 54 sqm.
• Maranga is the second smallest room measuring 70 sqm this room can accommodate up to 24 pax boardroom style and 75 pax theatre style.
• Mwina is the second largest room measuring 126 sqm with a capacity of 130 pax theater style and 48 pax classroom style.
• Maai is the largest room that measures 146 sqm with a capacity of 150 pax theatre style and 80 pax classroom style.

The foyer is adjacent to the three halls with an area coverage of 1,199sqm. It is used as a breakout area, networking space, cocktail parties and for registration.
